POL\u00cdTICA DE CANCELACI\u00d3N, REAGENDAMIENTO Y DEVOLUCIONES<\/h2><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>

En Finca Buenos Aires Salento<\/strong> trabajamos para brindar a nuestros visitantes una experiencia organizada, segura y de la mejor calidad. Para lograrlo, realizamos con anticipaci\u00f3n diferentes actividades de planeaci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n de espacios, coordinaci\u00f3n y reserva de personal y gu\u00edas. Por esta raz\u00f3n, establecemos la siguiente pol\u00edtica para las reservas de nuestros Coffee Tours y dem\u00e1s experiencias:<\/p>\n

1. Reagendamiento de la reserva<\/strong>
Si por cualquier motivo no puedes asistir en la fecha inicialmente reservada, puedes solicitar el reagendamiento de tu experiencia sin ning\u00fan costo adicional. La reserva podr\u00e1 ser trasladada a una nueva fecha disponible, incluso a una fecha del a\u00f1o siguiente, sin perder el valor ya pagado. Recomendamos solicitar el cambio con la mayor anticipaci\u00f3n posible para facilitar la disponibilidad de la nueva fecha.<\/p>\n

2. Cancelaci\u00f3n y devoluci\u00f3n del dinero<\/strong>
Si deseas cancelar tu reserva y solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero, debes realizar la solicitud con un m\u00ednimo de ocho (8) d\u00edas calendario de anticipaci\u00f3n a la fecha reservada. En estos casos, se realizar\u00e1 la devoluci\u00f3n del valor pagado, descontando una penalidad del 15%, correspondiente a costos asociados al procesamiento de pagos, plataformas de pago y entidades financieras.<\/p>\n

3. Cancelaciones con menos de 8 d\u00edas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>
Cuando la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n se realice con menos de ocho (8) d\u00edas calendario de anticipaci\u00f3n, Finca Buenos Aires Salento no estar\u00e1 obligada a realizar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero pagado. Esto se debe a que, para garantizar la experiencia de nuestros visitantes, con anticipaci\u00f3n se generan gastos y compromisos relacionados con la planeaci\u00f3n de la actividad, preparaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones, coordinaci\u00f3n y reserva de gu\u00edas, personal y dem\u00e1s recursos necesarios para recibir a nuestros visitantes. No obstante, nuestra prioridad siempre ser\u00e1 buscar una soluci\u00f3n favorable para ambas partes. Cuando las circunstancias lo permitan, podremos ofrecer el reagendamiento de la reserva sin costo, sujeto a disponibilidad.<\/p>\n

4. Situaciones especiales<\/strong>
En caso de situaciones excepcionales o de fuerza mayor que impidan la realizaci\u00f3n de la actividad, Finca Buenos Aires Salento evaluar\u00e1 cada situaci\u00f3n de manera particular y buscar\u00e1 ofrecer al cliente una alternativa razonable, priorizando siempre la seguridad y el bienestar de nuestros visitantes.<\/p>\n

5. Nuestro compromiso<\/strong>
En Finca Buenos Aires Salento entendemos que pueden presentarse situaciones que hagan imposible cumplir con una reserva. Nuestra intenci\u00f3n no es generar inconvenientes a nuestros clientes, sino establecer condiciones claras que nos permitan organizar adecuadamente cada experiencia y, al mismo tiempo, brindar un servicio de calidad. Siempre estaremos dispuestos a escuchar cada caso y buscar un acuerdo en el que ambas partes tengan claridad y se sientan satisfechas con la soluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.<\/li>\n
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Late or missing refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
